Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your TeaseFashion pieces.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help within the conditions below.


1. Cooling-off period (online purchases)

If you shop via our webshop as a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. Within this time you may cancel your purchase without giving a reason, for eligible items.

To register a return, please email us at info@teasefashion.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Whether you prefer a refund or store credit

We will reply with confirmation and return instructions.

Please note: you must send your return within 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel.

2. Items eligible for return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • All tags and labels must be attached

  • Any hygiene seals must be fully intact

  • Items must be free from make-up, deodorant, perfume, pet hair or other marks

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the above, we may refuse the return or apply a partial refund.

Slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings and are not considered a product defect.


 

3. Items that cannot be returned

For reasons of health and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging/hygiene seal is opened or removed:

  • Panties and thongs

  • Bodysuits and teddies

  • Certain lingerie sets where bottoms are sealed

  • Swimwear bottoms

In addition, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Gift cards

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products.


 

4. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) at info@teasefashion.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defect or incorrect item

  • The article number / product name

Once we’ve assessed the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund or store credit

For approved defect claims, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

After your return request is accepted, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable) or shipping instructions

Items sent back to us without prior registration will not be accepted.

Unless your item is defective, return shipping costs are your responsibility (this will be clearly indicated during checkout and in this policy).


 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Register and send back the item you wish to return

  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer

Once your return is approved and processed, we will refund you according to the conditions below.


 

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • We aim to process refunds within 10 business days after approval

  • Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@teasefashion.com.
