  • Express Shipping: Additional fees apply, starting at €50, based on location and carrier.

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • Domestic Shipping (NL):

5. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and select regions in Asia. To confirm if we ship to your location, enter your address at checkout.

  • If you are not at the location indicated on the order, the carrier will assess whether the package can be safely left. If not, you will receive a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from the local post office. Important: we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, if possible, please use a business address for delivery.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your ordered item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy.
